2. Returns Due to Our Error

We accept returns only in cases where the error is clearly attributable to us, including:

  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Damaged or defective products upon delivery
  • Items that do not meet our quality standards at the time of delivery

3. Reporting Issues

If you receive an item that falls under the above categories, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +2347048690069. For perishable items, issues must be reported within the hour of delivery with photographic evidence. For non-perishable items, please report within 24 hours of delivery.

4. Resolution

Once we verify the issue, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after confirmation of the issue.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind or preference
  • Items that have been used, opened, or consumed
  • Perishable items that were in acceptable condition upon delivery
